3.1.1 Registration / Login via Mobile Number

When you register or log in to WeelifePlus using your mobile phone number, we collect your phone number and necessary carrier-related information. This information is used to create your account, verify your identity, and provide a secure and efficient login experience.

3.1.2 Login via Third-Party Accounts

When you choose to register or log in using a third-party account (such as Facebook, Google, or Apple ID), you authorize us to access certain public information associated with that account—for example, your nickname or profile picture.
Please note that the processing of your personal information by such third-party platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.

3.1.3 Completing Your Profile

You may choose to voluntarily provide additional profile information such as your avatar, nickname, age, gender, and region.
Except for username or nickname (required to identify your account), all other information is optional. Not providing optional information will not affect your ability to access or use the core features of the Services.

3.1.4 Account Display

After you successfully register or log in, your nickname, avatar, and any other information you choose to make public may be displayed to other users within the application.

3.2 Information Collected When You Use WeelifePlus Services

 

During your use of the Services, we automatically collect and store certain information that is necessary for the operation, security, and performance of WeelifePlus. This information includes, but is not limited to, the following categories:

3.2.1 Basic Device and Log Information

We may collect and process the following device-related and system-generated data:

(1) Device information:

Device model, operating system version, system language, device identifiers (including Device ID, Android ID, IDFV, and XID generated based on device attributes), network type, carrier information, device region settings, and other technical parameters.

(2) Log information:

Registration and login timestamps, feature usage records, click actions, interaction timestamps, crash logs, error logs, performance diagnostics, and similar system logs.

(3) Network information:

IP address, network access type (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular data), network quality indicators, and other network attributes required to identify or maintain device connectivity.

3.2.2 Usage Activity Information

We may collect information about your interactions within the Services, including:

(1) Profile Information:

Information you voluntarily add to your profile such as nickname, avatar, age, gender, and region.

(2) In-app Interaction Data:

Content you provide when using in-app feedback tools or customer support features, including: text messages, descriptions, screenshots, attachments, and other related materials. For chat-based communication, messages are transmitted using end-to-end encryption and may be temporarily stored only if the message has not yet been delivered.

(3) User-Generated Content (UGC): 

Any 3D models, images, videos, audio files, text, virtual avatars, or other content that you upload, publish, or share within the platform.

(4) Sharing-related Information: 

When you choose to share content through external applications, we may access your installed app list to complete the sharing operation. If you deny this permission, it will not affect your ability to use other features within WeelifePlus.

 

3.3 Transaction and Payment Information

When you purchase virtual items, premium features, or subscriptions through third-party platforms (such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other payment service providers), we may obtain certain necessary transaction-related information from those platforms in order to process your order, maintain transaction records, and perform risk control. This may include:

(1) Order Information:

Such as the order number, purchased product or service, transaction amount, currency type, and purchase history.

(2) Transaction Details:

Including transaction timestamp, transaction status, IP address, and payment verification or anti-fraud information.

(3) Device and Application Information:

Such as operating system version, application version, device type, and network connection information, which may be used for fraud detection, risk assessment, and transaction verification.

Please note:

Payment processing is typically performed directly by the third-party payment provider or the app store. We do not receive or store your complete payment card information (such as your full card number or CVV code).

3.4 Customer Service and Issue Resolution

When you contact us through in-app feedback, email, or other communication channels, we may collect and process the following information to assist you in resolving issues:

(1) Contact and Account Information:

Including the information you provide or that is required for identity verification (such as your Open ID or WeelifePlus account), order records, and transaction receipts.

(2) Supporting Materials or Descriptions:

Such as written problem descriptions, screenshots, screen recordings, sample files, error prompts, log information, or any additional materials you voluntarily submit.

(3) Technical Diagnostic Information:

Including device details, operating system version, application version, network type, error codes, crash logs, and performance logs required to locate and resolve technical issues.

(4) Communication Records:

For service quality improvement, we may retain communication records such as online chat logs, and, where necessary, telephone-related information.

The above information is used solely for troubleshooting, technical diagnostics, customer support improvement, and ensuring the proper operation of the Services. It will not be used for purposes unrelated to customer support.

3.5 Security Protection and Anti-Cheating Measures

To ensure the security, integrity, and stability of the Services, and to prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, unauthorized access, plug-ins, automation tools, or other harmful activities, we may collect and process the following information:

(1) Device Hardware Information:

Device model, device identifiers, system version, and related technical attributes.

(2) Account Behavior Information:

Such as abnormal login events, unusually frequent actions, or content suspected of violating platform rules.

(3) Security Logs:

Including risk assessment results, account suspension or restriction records, and appeal handling records.

(1) Identify and prevent security incidents;

(2) prevent unauthorized access or misuse;

(3) comply with legal and regulatory obligations related to security and risk control.

(1) provide or recommend region-appropriate content or services;

You may disable location access through your device settings at any time.

Disabling location information will only affect features that rely on such data and will not affect the availability of other Services.

3.7 Device Permissions

To provide the Services, we may request certain device permissions depending on the features you use, including:

(1) Camera: capturing photos or videos, scanning QR codes;

(2) Photo Library / Storage: uploading, saving, or caching images, videos, and files;

(3) Microphone: recording audio or using voice-based features;

(4) Notifications: sending alerts, updates, reminders, or other messages;

(5) Location: as described in Section 3.6.

We request and use permissions only within the minimum scope required for specific features. You may manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may affect some functions, but it will not impact your use of other features that do not rely on those permissions.

Due to differences in operating systems and device models, permission behaviors may vary. For details, please refer to the “Device Permission Usage List.”

Additionally, to comply with legal obligations or to protect public interests or the vital interests of users or other individuals, we may process relevant data—within the scope permitted by applicable laws—to detect, prevent, and handle fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or other harmful behaviors.

3.8 Situations Where Consent May Be Exempted

In accordance with applicable laws, we may collect, use, or share necessary personal information without obtaining your prior consent under the following circumstances:

(1) When directly related to national security or national defense;

(2) When directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

(3) When directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

We only share information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and necessity, and require partners to process such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

(1) Cloud service and data storage providers:

For data hosting, storage, backup, and infrastructure services.

(2) Third-party push notification service providers:

They may collect the push SDK version, device information, device status, approximate location, and network data to deliver notifications you may be interested in (see “Third-Party SDK Information Collection and Use”).

(3) Data analytics and statistical service providers:

For analyzing product performance, feature usage, crash data, and service optimization.

(4) Content moderation service providers:

To ensure platform safety and compliance, we may share user-generated content with contracted third-party moderation teams.

(5) Technical support and maintenance partners:

To assist with troubleshooting, incident handling, system optimization, and service stability.

(6) Commercial partners (non-identifiable data only):

In advertising or promotional cooperation, we may share indirect user profiles (e.g., interest tags) that cannot identify you personally.

(7) Activity organizers and service providers:

When you participate in events hosted by WeelifePlus or its affiliates (such as giveaways, physical shipments, or reward distribution), we may need to share necessary information—such as your name, gender, contact details, postal address, or bank account information—with the event organizer or service provider.

If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to participate or receive rewards, but this will not affect your ability to use other features of the Services. We will only share this information after obtaining your explicit consent.

4.1.3 Sharing With Affiliates

Within the scope permitted by law and only when necessary, we may share certain personal information with our affiliated entities to jointly provide or improve the Services.

If an affiliate intends to change the purpose of processing your personal information, we will seek your additional consent.

When you choose to share content from WeelifePlus to third-party platforms or services, the information you share is disclosed based on your own decision. Any consequences arising from such actions, as well as the third party’s processing of your information, will be governed by that third party’s privacy policy.

Transfer refers to the handover of personal information control rights to another company, organization, or individual.

We do not transfer your personal information unless:

(1) We have obtained your explicit consent;

(2) The transfer is initiated by you;

(3) A merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset transfer, or bankruptcy occurs, and personal information becomes part of the transferred assets. In such cases, we will require the new holder to remain bound by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require the new holder to obtain your consent again.

6.1 Access and Correction of Personal Information

You may access or correct the personal information you have provided through the “Profile,” “Account Settings,” or other similar pages within the application.

6.2 Obtain a Copy of Your Personal Information

Where permitted by law, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

You may submit your request by emailing infinitysky.2015@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, we will provide the data in a commonly used electronic format (such as CSV or JSON), subject to technical feasibility.

6.3 Withdrawal of Consent and Permission Management

You may withdraw your authorization for certain permissions (such as location, camera, photo library, microphone, etc.) through your device settings or in-app settings.

After you withdraw your consent, we will stop collecting personal information based on such permissions. However, this does not affect any processing carried out prior to your withdrawal.

Please note that disabling some permissions may affect your ability to use certain features, but it will not affect the use of features that do not rely on those permissions.

6.4 Deletion of Personal Information and Account Deletion

6.4.1 Request Deletion of Personal Information

You may request that we delete your personal information under the following circumstances:

(1) The purpose of processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary;

(2) You no longer use our products or services, or you have deleted your account;

(3) We process your personal information in violation of our agreement or applicable laws;

(4) Other circumstances provided by applicable laws and regulations.

Upon verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with legal requirements.

6.4.2 Account Deletion

You may request to delete your WeelifePlus account through “Settings → Account Security → Delete Account”, or by contacting us via email.

After you submit a deletion request, we may apply a reasonable cooling-off period. If you log in again or reactivate subscription features during this period, we may consider it a withdrawal of your deletion request.

Once the account deletion is complete, we will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account, unless retention is required for dispute resolution, compliance obligations, or other legal reasons. Deleted accounts cannot typically be restored.

6.5 Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making

In certain services, we may use automated decision-making technologies (e.g., recommendation algorithms, security risk detection, or fraud prevention mechanisms).

If automated decision-making has a material impact on your legitimate rights and interests, you may request an explanation or lodge an objection. We will respond within a reasonable scope and timeframe in accordance with applicable laws.

(2) Depending on their business needs, third parties may collect device information, log data, account information, or other necessary data.

(3) We conduct reasonable compliance assessments of third-party partners and impose contractual obligations requiring them to process data in accordance with applicable laws. However, we cannot fully control how third parties handle your information.

9.1 Our Commitment

We are committed to protecting the safety of children and preventing any form of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, and related harmful behavior. Our application complies with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the "Child Safety Standards" policy, always prioritizing the safety and rights of children.

9.2 Scope of Application

These standards apply to all users and related content, including but not limited to user-generated content, interactive behaviors, reporting mechanisms, and content moderation. Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive social environment, providing additional protection specifically for underage users.

9.3 Core Measures

9.3.1 Strict Age Restrictions: Users are required to confirm their age during registration. Additional protective measures are implemented for minors, including restricting access to certain features.

9.3.2 Content Moderation: All user-generated content (UGC) undergoes dual moderation by both human reviewers and algorithms to prevent any content containing sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or inappropriate behavior from appearing on the platform.

9.3.3 User Behavior Standards: Any sexualizing behavior, language, or other forms of inappropriate conduct involving children within the platform is strictly prohibited. Any violations will be addressed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

9.3.4 Reporting and Response Mechanism: User-friendly reporting tools are provided, allowing any user to quickly report suspicious content or behavior. Our dedicated team will address reported issues within 24 hours of receipt.

9.3.5 Cooperation and Reporting: We cooperate with child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to ensure the timely investigation and reporting of all suspected cases of sexual abuse and exploitation.

9.4 Responsibility and Transparency

We regularly update and publicly share our child protection-related policies and measures. Through an annual transparency report, we disclose our enforcement status and improvement plans to our users.
